Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class service in our stores. You will guide guests on product education, share our community story, and create an engaging shopping experience that reflects our culture.

You will move across the floor, handle transactions, support omnichannel options, and collaborate with teammates to ensure guests feel welcome and supported from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to move across store floor to assist guests and complete tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and educate guests on products
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct seamless transactions and support omnichannel programs
• Maintain store presentation and assist with restocking and organization
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming environment
