lululemon Athletica in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share product education, and connect with our community and culture. You will move on the floor to engage guests, assist with purchases and returns, support omnichannel programs, restock, and maintain a bright, safe store environment aligned with our values.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends, willingness to work as part of a team, and commitment to inclusion and personal growth are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation as applicable
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that values guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience including omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaboration
• Perform product presentation, restock, and maintain store standards
