lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our luxury retail environment. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and help create an exceptional store experience.

Responsibilities include facilitating seamless transactions, supporting store operations, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while adhering to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to make it right for guests
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and maintain the store according to standards
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences
• Perform cleaning tasks and adhere to safety policies
