Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Research available accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services
• Assist with reservations and service coordination
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information

• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized client information and records
• Follow up on pending requests and upcoming arrangements
