Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Framingham, MA to ensure top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet customers, operate the POS, and handle daily duties with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, basic computer use, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale in line with corporate standards and manage cash accurately.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
