Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Framingham, MA to drive top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate POS, maintain cash levels, and ensure in-stock conditions while adhering to safety and security policies.

Flexibility with hours, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation are required. The role includes housekeeping, vendor check-ins, inventory projects, and ongoing onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outdoor, cooler).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
