Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to ensure a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and help with housekeeping and replenishment.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We emphasize safety and customer service across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, count and write to complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and conduct gas tank inventory/merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
