Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, maintain safety standards, and assist with housekeeping and stocking.

You may also check in vendors, support management, and perform tasks as assigned. The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and communicate with management.
• Physical ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
