Formación

• Experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell hotel services to guests.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and warmly.

• Deliver a warm welcome: greet guests on arrival and complete check-in.
• Support efficient check-out: process departures and payments using the POS system.
• Provide hotel knowledge: explain room types, rates, promotions, and local info.
• Promote hotel services: upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
