Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience. You will operate the POS per standards, maintain cash levels, and perform store duties including housekeeping and replenishment.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale following corporate standards; maintain cash and inventory levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support safety, security, quality, and store policies.
