Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Falls Church, VA. You’ll greet guests, help them find what they need, resolve issues, and end every interaction with a sincere thank you while supporting other team members.

You’ll explain promotions, onboarding for loyalty programs and the Target App features, including Wallet, take part in order pickup and drive-up services, and uphold safety policies. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is expected.
