Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a friendly interaction.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and thank guests at the end of checkout.
• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote store promos, loyalty programs, and app features like Wallet and Drive Up.
