Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and Wallet features.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment and assist peers as needed.
• Support drive-up, order pickup, and in-store services while following Target policies.
