Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain an average score of at least 90% on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback; greet guests by name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information, promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
• Work Ethic: support in maintaining company appearance standards through daily and weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash with daily tolerance for over/shorts, bad checks, and thefts.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: assist in replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to pricing, signing, and loss prevention policies.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently and encourage guests to purchase items they may need.
• Safety: practice safety, clean spills, use proper lifting techniques, report incidents immediately.
• Cleanliness: ensure store is clean, welcoming, and up to company standards.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
