Responsibilities

• Maintain guest focus with 90% mystery shop scores.
• Stay knowledgeable on products, promotions, and ads.
• Support store appearance and daily/weekly tasks.
• Handle cash with accuracy and monitor losses.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and floor stock.
• Adhere to all policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Process sales efficiently and encourage purchases.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and report incidents promptly.
• Perform extra duties as assigned.
