Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90%+ mystery shop score; engage guests with name when possible.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product info, promos, and ads.
• Work Ethic: assist in maintaining company appearance and duties.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance.
• Merchandising: aid floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish stock and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow pricing, signing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety practices and report incidents immediately.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and clean.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
