Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and use the mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain Mystery Shop score ≥ 90% and respond professionally to guest feedback; use guest name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product info, promotions, tests, and ads.
• Work Ethic: assist in maintaining store appearance through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within tolerance for over/shorts, bad checks, and thefts.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: assist in replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Cleanliness: keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
