Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in New York area to welcome guests, resolve issues and promote Target's services. You will handle checkouts, assist with Drive Up and Online orders, and help guests navigate promotions and loyalty programs.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, physical role with flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training will cover product knowledge, customer service standards, and safety policies to ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Comfort with using handheld scanners and store tech.

Responsibilities
