Job summary

Target in New York is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming, quick, and enjoyable shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and explain how to use the Target App and loyalty programs.

You will support team members, handle checkout operations when needed, manage returns and exchanges per policies, and stay flexible to shifts including nights and weekends while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist guests to ensure a friendly shopping experience.

• Operate checkout and support cash handling.

• Ability to use Target App features (Wallet, orders).
