Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Associate to be a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience in our spa is outstanding. You will meet membership sales goals, learn the menu of services, and deliver excellent customer service to members and guests.

We offer flexible shifts for full-time or part-time work, with competitive hourly pay plus commissions. Training is provided, and a positive, supportive work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Be exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
• Work well in a team and also independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Know the menu of services and learn it through training.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Communicate promotions and service options clearly.
