Job summary

ApplicantPool is seeking a Van Driver/Bellman to provide exceptional service for hotel guests, including greeting guests, handling luggage, and driving a shuttle van. The role may involve promoting hotel outlets and assisting guests with packages and requests.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate a manual shift vehicle and work both indoors and outdoors while delivering a high standard of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to and from their hotel rooms.
• Promote hotel features, such as restaurants, pool, etc.
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors.
• Transport luggage to/from vehicles and guest rooms.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
