A leading cruise line is seeking an Excursions Director for its shipboard team in Key West, Florida. This role involves arranging and confirming shore excursions, engaging with guests, and overseeing all excursion operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related fields, strong public speaking skills, and excellent time management abilities. This is a full-time position requiring 7-day workweeks onboard the ship with attractive compensation and benefits including health and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm, confidence, and a can-do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Geography preferred.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm shore excursions and transfers.
• Accompany guests on excursions as company representative.
• Oversee excursion inventory and invoicing system.
