Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage guests throughout each cruise.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute engaging entertainment programs.
• Communicate to guests via various channels.
• Confirm and adjust all shore excursions.
• Greet guests for shore excursions.
• Accompany guests on daily excursions.
