This role requires English fluency, restaurant or supervisory experience, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old to join our team.

Formación

• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support a respectful team environment.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Support the training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed; maintain safety and sanitation guidelines.

Conocimientos
