Job summary

• Minimum 3 months’ experience performing as a team member.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work rotating shifts.
• Completed Shift Manager Training.

• Leads and motivates crew and management to exceed performance expectations.
• Manages scheduling, staffing levels, and VOC feedback.
