Job summary

Boondocks Food & Fun in Colorado is seeking a dedicated shift manager to lead multiple departments during peak hours. You will oversee 20–50 team members per shift, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage labor costs while maintaining a clean, welcoming venue.

The role requires 21+ years, at least 3 years of management experience, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of 30 hours weekly. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years prior management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift.
• Help make guests feel welcome and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure departments are adequately staffed and supported.
• Oversee all departments during shift (arcade, guest services, cashier, serving, kitchen).
• Control labor costs for each department during that shift.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe environment for guests.
