Boondocks Food & Fun is seeking a capable shift manager to lead a multi-department team in a fast-paced family entertainment venue in Colorado. You will supervise 20 to 50 team members per shift, greet guests, and ensure departments staff adequately while guiding daily operations and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of prior management experience, strong guest relations, and comfort with POS systems and cash handling.

• Must have 3+ years of prior management experience.
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment.
• Excellent guest relations and strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A minimum of 3 years prior management experience
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment
• Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
• Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
• Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
• Enjoys working through problems and come up with solutions
• The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast-pace environment
