Job summary

Boondocks Food & Fun is seeking a capable shift manager to lead a multi-department team in a fast-paced family entertainment venue in Colorado. You will supervise 20 to 50 team members per shift, greet guests, and ensure departments staff adequately while guiding daily operations and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of prior management experience, strong guest relations, and comfort with POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of prior management experience.
• Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment.
• Excellent guest relations and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift.
• Help make guests feel welcome and ensure attendants across all departments.
• Ensure all departments have adequate staffing and provide assistance as needed.
• Oversee all departments during shift (outside, arcade, cashier, serving, kitchen).
• Control labor costs for each department during that shift.
• Keep a clean, well-maintained, and happy environment for our guests.
