Job summary

Burger King in Colorado is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. You will lead a team, ensure efficient food preparation, and maintain service quality.

This role offers opportunities to grow into leadership, with training and a supportive culture. Must be 18+, able to work 40–50 hours weekly, overtime, holidays, and weekends, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including slicing, portioning, and rotation.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
