Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts, develop associates, ensure product quality, and deliver outstanding customer service while controlling costs.

Must be 18+, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food hospitality, and able to pass state Food Safety requirements. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant/retail.
• Must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts and assign tasks; provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards.
• Count drawers and handle cash; maintain health and safety standards.
• Prepare finished products and restock as needed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
