Catch Air is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a fun, safe experience for kids and families at our Massapequa location. You will supervise staff, assist the General Manager with safety, and resolve guest concerns while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and availability on weekends and holidays.

• Delivers an exceptional guest experience and oversees daily operations for a kid-focused environment.
• Assist the General Manager with safety and security across front door, play areas, and event spaces.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Keep coordinators informed of issues and take prompt corrective action when needed.
• Manage party times and communicate information to guests, coordinators, and managers.
• Diffuse difficult guest situations while upholding policies and safety.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and tidy equipment.
• Maintain a cooperative, productive team atmosphere and high morale.
