Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Terrace Park, OH. The role involves delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervising on-duty staff, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations during 37–40 hours weekly.

You will handle shakes, ice cream, and items at the dip cabinet, while managing tills and gas sales. The position requires strong English communication, inventory control, and the ability to meet physical duties including lifting and operating cold-temperature equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in cold temperatures.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Ability to follow store procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve ice cream/yogurt products.
• Efficiently operate POS and gas console; handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, keep displays clean and organized; rotate stock.
• Maintain store security awareness and cash control procedures.
• Keep store areas clean and equipment functioning; report maintenance issues.
• Accurately complete time records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
