Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, ensuring friendly service and smooth daily operations.

You will handle Shake prep, ice cream, cashless/gas transactions, stock, and security procedures. Must meet state legal requirements for alcohol and tobacco sales; strong English communication required; full-time shifts on 1st-3rd.

This role emphasizes honesty, ethics, and following company policies while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Full-time schedule of 37–40 hours per week with first, second or third shift.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, cones, and related items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, handling transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dairy case, and display areas; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Maintain store security and monitor for safety and theft; follow procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the store clean and organized.
• Complete time records and other required documentation accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
