Job summary

Church's Chicken in Bethany, Arkansas seeks a Shift Leader to ensure guests receive a superior dine-in experience with friendly, efficient, accurate service in a clean, safe environment. The role requires leading the team, upholding brand standards, coordinating opening/closing tasks, handling administrative duties, and communicating clearly with the manager and staff to maintain smooth operations.

You will monitor product handling, assist with inventory, and ensure safety policies are followed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, access to an automobile during shifts, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open and close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class guest experience by delivering friendly, quick and accurate service and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Deliver and uphold brand standards, monitor product quality and proper holding times, and ensure attractive displays.
• Communicate openly with manager and team, assign duties, provide feedback, and uphold professional appearance and attendance.
• Foster teamwork, recognize performance, and support company values and policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and complete shift reports, inventory and payroll entries, and cash handling procedures.
