Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support the front-end and guest services by handling cashier duties, money orders, Western Union, and other services. You will assist guests with returns, exchanges, and price checks while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to operate money order and payment equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and guest service counter.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operate money order/electronic payment equipment.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges, coupons, and other transactions.
• Conduct cashier accuracy checks and report issues to management.
• Support backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
