Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Service Ops Manager to lead guest relations and assume store responsibility in the absence of senior leaders. You will help drive front-end productivity and exceptional guest service across the front of the store.

The role emphasizes supervising service counter teams, training, scheduling, and ensuring proper cash handling in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork guides daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year store experience.
• Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification.
• Experience leading front-end teams and payroll/receipts controls is a plus.
