Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training a skilled restaurant crew. The position requires strong knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure equipment works properly.
• Support crew with breaks, shifts, and training; participate in staff development and performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties, banking, and paperwork as needed.
• Contribute to safe food handling and customer issue resolution.
