Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll coach teams, manage inventory and budgets, promote core sales, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience every day. You will lead daily team huddles and collaborate with technicians and front-line staff to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of retail industry and customer service.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and front-desk staff.
