Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide prompt beverage service and friendly, personalized guest interactions on the casino floor.

Responsibilities include maintaining a professional appearance, greeting guests, conveying orders to the Bartender, and ensuring compliance with health and liquor regulations. The role requires at least 6 months’ experience and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as Cocktail/Food Server or similar role.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uniform appearance according to guidelines.
• Know locations of Golden Nugget outlets and services.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Follow procedures for comps and comforts.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor, wine, and garnishes.
