Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, ring sales, and maintain a polished shopping environment in line with brand standards. The role emphasizes guest service, accurate transactions, and merchandising across floors and displays.

Candidate must be fluent in English, capable of lifting/moving heavy items, and available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 21+ years old preferred for compliance and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers, handle transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ring sales on the register, provide receipts, and bag merchandise.
• Answer phones promptly and take accurate messages.
• Maintain floor standards and merchandising; stock shelves and displays.
• Assist with inventory and housekeeping duties.
• Handle cash and close out cashier reports.
