Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic communication and math skills.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• 6 months to one year of bartending, serving or barback experience.
• Knowledge of basic cocktails.
• Point of Sale (POS) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, friendly, professional beverage and food services with multiple bars and restaurants.
• Crafts and serves a wide range of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Operates POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and handling cash/credit.
• Maintains a clean bar and stocked workstation.
• Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations governing alcohol service.
• Assists in the training of new team members.
• Keeps bar stocked, restocks items, and coordinates keg changes.
