Job summary

SANDIA RESORT HOTEL is hiring a Restaurant Host/Hostess in Albuquerque, NM. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and maintain an orderly dining area to support a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, recording special requests, notifying staff of VIPs, and assisting with takeout and room service as needed. Weekend/holiday availability expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating flow.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to tables.
• Answer phone calls and manage reservation inquiries.
• Record reservations and special requests accurately.
• Communicate VIP requests and seating notes to staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with takeout orders and room service when needed.
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
