Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes; remove trash and bottles.
• Carry food, dishes, trays and silverware from kitchens to serving counters.
• Transport trays from tables/booths to kitchen and dish room.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; maintain supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and trays.
• Replenish food and equipment at steam tables and service bars.
• Assist in running food to tables and lounge; support room service as needed.
