• Input guests order accurately into POS system.
• Explain menu items, upsell to improve dining experience and raise check average.
• Describe preparation methods and ingredients.
• Keep bar and dining areas clean; stock supplies.
• Collect payment for orders and verify IDs for alcohol.
• Serve alcoholic beverages and food to bar and dining guests.
• Maintain professional conduct with coworkers and guests.
• Assist with bar setup, display, and storage organization.
