Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Server to create a superior guest experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and building memorable moments for guests. You will learn leadership skills and contribute to outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include serving according to orders, maintaining menu knowledge, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to orders and menus.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Keep food service areas clean and presentable during events.
• Replenish food and beverage products as needed.
• Check IDs and adhere to alcohol service policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs.
• Break down and sanitize service areas, workstations and equipment.
• Maintain a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and procedures for food safety and sanitation.
• Protect company assets and ensure security.
