Job summary

Aramark is seeking a server to create memorable guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring quality service. You will help maintain menu knowledge, uphold cleanliness, and support safety standards while delivering a positive guest journey.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to anticipate guest needs and maintain high service standards across events and venues.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders and banquet menus.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
