Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in food service preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests according to orders and menus.
• Keeps knowledge of menu items and offerings up to date.
• Maintains clean and organized service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products as needed.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and procedures for food safety and sanitation.
