Daly Seven is seeking a Server to be the face of our dining room, delivering memorable experiences through attentive service, menu expertise, and warm hospitality. You will engage guests, guide beverage and meal choices, and ensure smooth service across busy shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume dining context.
Solid understanding of POS systems, basic math for processing bills, and accurate cash handling.
General knowledge of food safety principles, tray-carrying techniques, and table layout standards.
Basic understanding of beer, wine, and cocktail options to guide guest selections.
TIPS and ServSafe certification preferred.
Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving food and alcohol.
Strong physical stamina, including standing/walking for extended shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests, present menus, and guide guests through food and beverage options with tailored recommendations.
Take orders accurately, accommodate dietary needs or allergies, and relay details to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining table-side etiquette and pacing meals.
Perform proactive table maintenance, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking in to ensure total satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
