Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Goshen, IN is seeking a Server to deliver a best-in-class dining experience to residents and guests. The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and requires hospitality-forward service, accurate order taking, and teamwork in a busy kitchen and dining area.

This position offers AM and PM shifts with both part-time and full-time options, weekly direct deposit pay at $13 per hour, and a benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cascade a spirit of hospitality to residents, colleagues, and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages and assist with dietary requirements.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down meal periods and maintain clean service areas.
• Provide attentive, friendly customer service and handle guest interactions smoothly.
• Support culinary staff at various stations as directed.
