NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador in Endwell, NY. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests, assist with menu explanations, and support culinary and service operations to ensure satisfaction.

This role offers full-time/part-time hours, a starting pay rate of 16.00 USD per hour, and a weekly direct deposit pay schedule with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service and customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues, and guests.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of meal periods and maintain service areas.
